海山醬 Seamount Sauce

做法﹕
將所有材料放進一個玻璃杯裡調勻。 將杯子放進微波爐用強力微45秒。拿出杯子攪均勻後再放進微波爐微30秒。之後每15秒微一次直到醬汁變為黏稠。你也可以直接在爐子用中小火上煮到你喜歡的稠度。
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a glass and blend well. Heat it in a microwave for 45 seconds. Remove the glass and stir. Microwave the sauce for 45 seconds. Microwave the sauce at the interval of 15 seconds until the sauce is sticky and shining. You can cook the sauce on the stove in medium-low heat until the sauce reaches desired consistency.
醬油蒜汁 Garlic Soy Sauce

做法﹕先將粘米粉用 1 大匙水調勻。將其他材料用小火煮滾後再加入粘米粉水勾芡成稠狀即可。
Procedure: Mix the rice flour with 1 tbs water. Bring the other ingredients to a boil in low heat. Finally add the rice flour water to make the sauce thick.
